香港护照去瑞士要办签证吗？
对于持有香港或澳门护照的人士，从任何地方前往欧盟国家都需要办理申根签证；而持中国护照且属于第三国国籍的公民也需要在前往欧洲前获得申根签证（如拥有美国护照） 不过由于中国和瑞士没有外交关系，中国公民申请瑞士签证比申请欧洲其他国家的签证困难很多. 所以如果题主是中国人但具有香港或澳门永久性居民身份证的话，是可以直接持该身份证和有效的中国护照进入瑞士而不需要任何签证的. 这跟持有英国， 爱尔兰等欧盟成员国护照的情况是一样的 但是请注意！ 如果题主是中国公民同时有香港或澳门户籍，那么无论是否具有香港的永久性居民身份证，你都只能申请中国签证.
所以如果你只是想利用你的香港或者澳门身份证免签入境瑞士，那么你可以在取得中国签证之后再去一趟瑞士再回来，这样就可以使用一次香港/澳门签证来免签入境 Switzerland： Chinese citizens with Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Region Permanent ID cards can enter without a visa for up to one month， by presenting the valid national passport along with their HK or Macao permanent resident certificate.
