As far as I know, the basic way to keep a healthy life is to have a good mood. The saying that Laughter is the best medicine shows that the state of mind is necessary to health. A cheerful mood not only keeps us happy in our life, but also make our body healthy. Furthermore, we can learn to adjust ourselves when we meet psychological problems, and keep up our mood.
It is also important to exercise to keep our body healthy. We can choose our favorite sports, for example, swimming, running, skipping ropes, or maybe, playing ball games. If we make sports a part of our lives, we will have many opportunities to get a chance to exercise. Finally, as a rule, we had better get good sleep every day and avoid staying up late.
From what I have said above, it is not difficult to keep ourselves healthy. In my opinion, when we keep our mind and our body in a good state of health for a long time, our life will certainly be in a lucky phase.
